Q. As a tech startup what is the biggest challenge you have faced so far in talent acquisition and finding the right people to scale up?

A. We found it quite difficult to attract candidates with key industry knowledge & experience, as our reach was fairly limited.

Q. What would you see as the key benefits in using a Talent Management Consultancy against Job Boards?

A. It is a more targeted and focussed approach at finding relevant candidates, when you are looking for a particular set of skills or background.
